Who we are

CDM Alimentari was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Raffaele Monachesi, who at the age of 57 decided to buy the company and manage it together with his children, Mauro and Monica.

Already at the end of the 90s, Raffaele began to slip away and control of the commercial and purchasing part passed to Sauro; in the meantime the company grows in size and importance on a territorial level: the relationships of trust with customers are consolidated over time and the consistency and seriousness shown bear their fruits. Even with suppliers, the bond becomes increasingly close and collaborative and the choice to focus on high-end products turns out to be right.

All this is testified by the company's path: first it ensures its presence throughout the Macerata and Fermo area, then begins the expansion towards the province of Ancona which is completed in 2019 with the opening of a new warehouse in Ancona which allows a widespread coverage of the province.

The third generation also enters the company at this stage: Sauro's son, Francesco, takes care of the management of the local unit in Ancona and takes care of the digitization part of the company: so that the Monachesi family projects itself into the future.
